In 2004 I graduated from the University of Southern Nevada, formerly the Nevada College of Pharmacy in Henderson, Nevada. I have worked in the retail pharmacy setting since 2000. My favorite thing about being a Medicap pharmacist is the personal service I am able to deliver to my patients. Getting to know my patients is the key to delivering quality, personalized healthcare.

Make school lunches and snacks nutritious and fun

(ARA) - As kids head back to school, parents are faced with the dilemma of finding foods to pack for lunch and snacks that kids want to eat and that are good for them. Most snacks available in the grocery stores are full of fat, sugar and/or salt with little nutritional benefit, so finding healthy choices that kids are willing to eat isn't always an easy task.
